Apostle (Dr.) Michael L. Collins
Pastor & Founder
Apostle Collins is an Army veteran and author who brings vision and compassion to the congregation. With over two decades of ministry experience, he leads Kingdom Development Center with wisdom and purpose.
Prophetess (Dr.) Martha T. Collins
Pastor & Co-Founder
Prophetess Collins serves with unique insight drawn from her background in ministry and public service. With over two decades of experience, she shepherds the congregation with grace, compassion, and prophetic wisdom.
Ministry Teams
Elders
Our Elders provide spiritual oversight and guidance to the congregation. They assist the Pastors in teaching, counseling, and shepherding the flock with wisdom and maturity.

The Worship and Arts Ministry leads the congregation in praise and worship through music, dance, and creative expression. They create an atmosphere for encountering God's presence.
Administrations
The Administrations Ministry handles the organizational and operational needs of the church. They ensure excellence in planning, communication, and the coordination of church activities.
